Tom Brady feasted on the Lions, throwing 4 TD's and amassing a perfect Quarterback rating of 158.3. This was a classic case of Thanksgiving Rape. Thats right I said the R-word. And I'm not one of those college bro's to just throw the word rape around. When I say it I mean it. Deion Branch also chipped in with 3 catches for 113 yards and 2 TD's, including the longest play of the year for the Patriots, a 79 yard bomb. BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushed for 59 yards on 12 carries, including 2 touchdown runs himself.
The game was close in the first half, with the lowly Lions (2-9) holding an early 14-3 lead, but the patriots responded with a touchdown with 45 seconds left in the half. During the game guest announcer The Rock, using the alias Dwayne Johnson proclaimed that Tom Brady should be League MVP, "and that's the bottom line." The Rock said, bringing a single tear to my eye.
Bill Belichick must of had one hell of halftime Speech. I figure it went something along the lines "Are you fucking kidding me?
